Why are we so much dependent on ecommerce like @amazonIN .. somehow they always find a way to fraud and earn money from customers with absolutely no fear of rules n regulations.. my refund amount is reduced from 18000 to 1000 with a note : "sorry wrong information provided"

- repair is subjected to analysis of the technician who will charge rs 590 as visit charges. - if compressor faulty, it will be replaced/repaired free of cost but customer has to pay gas filling charges for rs 4300 which is double the 3rd party price.

Que: - why customer has to pay for something getting lost during the repair/replacement of the under warranty part. Every other thing related to that part must be cover under warranty - Why the service charges are sky high In the end it's always customer which has to spend extra

@IRCTCofficial @RailMinIndia never going to book any irctc tourism package in future.. it was terrible beyond words.. trains were 11 hrs late.. all passengers has to protest at agra cantt..all of my family members are sick now and tired as hell.. what a nightmare this trip was.

Dear @RailMinIndia @IRCTCofficial, we regret to book the irctc mahakumbh package. it's completely mismanaged.trip coordinator has no information. it's seems if someone has to go to the hotel instead of mandir, it's not possible because rooms are not alloted yet even at 5 pm.
