Food for thought - someone somewhere has to be exploited for you to live comfortably…

missing the underlying point. to give you something at your desired price someone has to choose to stay in a lower strata. Income inequality is huge.

India is not a low trust society ffs. Things at random 1) ever noticed parents travelling with kids in crowded coaches? Some kindly person will say leave them with me and the parents will sight unseen do just that and then pick their kids up when their stop comes. This extends across trains / buses, kids being handed over for temporary care is something very unique to our society. 2) almost all of us give our spare keys to our neighbours, why? Because of implicit trust. Does this happen in "high trust " societies? 3) you can test this even today, go to some random shop, pick up stuff for 300-400 bucks, say sorry sir phone is down can I pay you later, 8/10 times they will say "no problem". Try this anywhere else and you will be locked up for shop lifting. 4) heck the very lack of formal paperwork across society is proof of this. Kirana stores will give credit to their buyers without questions being asked. They will get credit from their stockists without a single signed document. Supplier credit even in MSME sectors is done on face value alone and on and on and it goes. 5) the entire agricultural ecosystem running into lakhs of crores is driven by"word" and verbal commitments. That's it. 6) even our lack of systematic surveillance for instance trains carry millions and millions of passengers daily, with minimal checking by TC's and yet fare evasion is a very miniscule factor. 7) even our crime stats are so low precisely because we are a high trust society. Even in low income areas (in fact mostly in low income areas) most people don't even lock doors, try this in a ghetto in the US and your house will be robbed in hours. 8) when was the last time a period of calamity was used for mass looting? Ever? Even during riots looting of stores (so common in"high trust" places like the US and UK) doesn't happen. Heck during the Mumbai / Chennai floods so many strangers opened up their homes to other strangers, fed them, clothed them...show me one "high trust society" that does this. Anecdotally I have so many examples. During the 2023 floods in Chennai, networks went down, cash was short and UPI was not working, a kirana store near my house basically said he will supply goods without immediate payment, just wrote down the number / amount on a book and expected everyone to pay up later. I was curious and visited him a week later and asked if everyone did pay up and he said except maybe 2-3 bad apples everyone paid up and some even added small amounts as appreciation for his generosity. Another time I was in Delhi, showed up with only 15 mins to spare and saw that I was in T1 when it was T2 (or something like that). Luckily the cabbie was still there and I asked him if he will take me. Sadly I forgot I didn't have cash and didn't have time to stop at an ATM (pre UPI) told him I will add his account and wire him the money once I reached the gate. He just said koi nahi sir tension mat lo. Dropped me, and I paid him and he just sent me a smiley on WhatsApp. We are a beautiful culture, we trust implicitly. Our issue is with our state and its bureaucracy which no one trusts. This doesn't make us low trust.

Maybe u haven’t read abt the ordeals ppl have gone thru, folks who were not on vacation but heading for life changing events. Ground staff are the face of the company, they need to be empowered to answer questions. Worst is when airline doesn’t intimate and simply makes pax wait.

Pls don't defend the corporates. We are paying for a service and we are entitled to ask questions. The staff is not an individual but the representative of the company. The problem is with those who are putting their junior staff to face the wrath of the customers.

Dear @RailMinIndia & @RailwaySeva Team, Why does the Booking Algorithm allot a Side Upper Berth for a 70 Year old Lady & Side Lower Berth for a 20 Year old? Especially while booking well in advance and more than 100 seats left (Non Tatkal). The Algorithm needs to be Revisited to avoid this. I understand that you have lots of seats for Tatkal, but Algorithm should allocate smartly and reward early bookings. Expecting the Senior Citizens to negotiate with the TTE in the train is not right. Especially when the trains are in odd timings, Seniors find it very difficult. Please work on this. If anyone reading this feels this is important, please share widely until this problem is recognised and fixed. On behalf of all Ladies & Senior Citizens, #FI

Let’s make it better!
Everyone tells Indians to walk 10,000 steps, but no one tells us “Where should we walk?” Try stepping out to walk in any Indian city. Chances are: -There are no footpaths. -If there is one, it’s broken. -If it’s not broken, it’s occupied by hawkers, scooters, garbage, or parked cars. I’ve lived in countries where walking is therapy. In India, walking is a punishment. You dodge potholes, pray you don’t get hit by a car, and come home covered in dust. We talk about building smart cities, but what’s the point of smart cities if we can’t even walk safely in them? Our cities were never designed for people. They were designed for traffic. Somewhere along the way, we forgot that walking is not a privilege, it is a basic human right. Let’s stop designing cities for cars. Let’s start designing them for people. Let’s Make India Walkable Again!

Dear Jio, Airtel, BSNL is providing very affordable plans with ONLY Voice & also minimum Data. On behalf of all of us, I have two Suggestions: - Most Indians have Wifi access. Senior Citizens use Wifi mostly. Please provide an affordable 1 GB per day plan with options to choose (28 days onwards). Also a yearly plan. - Provide affordable Voice only plans for less than ₹100 every month. Anything above this is forcing people to take data, even if they don't need it. There are many who use only voice and also less than 1 GB per day. Need inclusive plans. Let users decide. Urging my audience to repost this (if you also feel this way) until @JioCare & @Airtel_Presence ACTUALLY Cares 👍 #FI

Feeling tired! Exhausted, is the right word! But for social media, and you all, this wouldn't have happened! The companies were too strong, corruption was deep rooted in the system, the order given on 8th April 2022 was reverted, and the companies were allowed to sell the misleadingly labelled drinks with a disclaimer, the PIL of Sep 2022 was moving slow, IAP was continuing to take funds from these very companies, letters were being written by me to the Health Ministry, proofs were being sent by me to the Health Ministry, but things weren't happening! It is you all who made this happen! The power of social media! FSSAI had to give the orders of 14th and 15th October! On the 31st of October, FSSAI had to say it will implement the orders, to the Delhi High Court!  The Delhi High Court had to say it will not interfere! All this, because of people's power! ALL THE PLANETS WILL ALIGN TO MAKE THINGS HAPPEN IF TRUTH IS ON OUR SIDE! LOVE YOU ALL! 🤗

For the public and patients, please do not stop vaccinating your children. You don't want polio to come back. You don't want measles to kill your child like it is doing in the US because boomer uncles in charge of US Health Departments have become anti science. The conclusions of this study are not credible either. The "authors" who themselves are a bunch of antivaxxers, funded by an antivaxx organization, who published the study on their own antivaxx website. Not peer reviewed, not scrutinized. The low IQ authors have selectively amplified weaker associations while dismissing robust epidemiological data from millions showing no vaccine-autism link. The largest study ever on this, a Danish study found no association between childhood vaccines and 50 different health conditions, including autism, asthma, and autoimmune diseases. Here is the evidence, unlike the pathetic links shown by the other guy. aap.org/en/news-room/fact-ch… I had already called out this barefoot walking, urine-guzzling loving CEO boomer uncle before on his bullshit on medical and science, but it seems like he needs to bad mouth science and medical discoveries to keep his head floating above water level on social media considering the fact that his Arattai Messenger App and his Zohodotcom email is going the Koo way right into the gutters. These health Illiterates have themselves taken these vaccines, given their children their vaccines, and saw them enjoy longevity and now advising others to consider stopping vaccinations. How selfish and bigoted can this get? Uncle ji, a wise Gujarati chessmaster once told me, "Stay in your Lane", before he got busted out of his game trying to glorify pseudoscience. You also do the same and use the X payout from this engagement to fix your Arattai and Cherattai and whatever third rate app you are cooking up to fool your spinal level thinking bhakt pals. Ok? Delete your post you lime soda without fizz.

Parents should take this analysis seriously. I believe there is increasing evidence that we are giving way too many vaccines to very young children. This is spreading in India too and we are seeing a rapid increase in autism in India.

Pls @fssaiindia protect us Aam Admi 🙏
Thank you! I thought for a moment that I don't have it any more in me, to fight! But when I saw your message and messages like your's, I felt I can continue to fight tooth and nail, with the support of Indians like you! Thank you! It means a lot for me, and for the children of this country! Delhi High Court has given only one weeks time for JNTL to give its representation to FSSAI, but that one week is done. The ball is now in FSSAIs court only! The matter is not subjudice anymore! We all have to demand that nothing but WHO recommended formula ORS should be available in the pharmacies ever irrespective of the label, and that no label even if the drink is sold in supermarkets should have ORS on it!

My sincere and earnest request to you all! Pls do write to the Supreme Court of India! Let there be a strong law to protect future generations aswell! Nothing except WHO recommended formula ORS and water should ever be available in the pharmacies, medical facilities, and schools! ORS/DRS/QRS etc should not be there on the labels of any drink ever even if it's being sold in the supermarkets/online commerce platforms unless it conforms to the WHO recommended formula ORS. Do not try to bully me by saying that the matter is subjudice. No. It is not! The ball is in the FSSAIs court now. It's been more than a week since the order has been passed, and the time frame given by the court was only one week. So far, no state FSSAI has received instructions to implement the 15th October order. Don't try to bully me by saying I have some hidden agenda. MY ONLY AGENDA IS SAFETY AND HEALTH OF THE CHILDREN AND PEOPLE OF THIS COUNTRY! Do not try to bully me by saying I am shaming the Government! No! I am fighting for the rights of the children and people of this country, and asking the Government to investigate into the matter. Who in FSSAI would have allowed this to happen, especially the reversal of the order given on 8th April 2022. Do not try to bully me by saying physical harm will come to me! DO YOU THINK I WOULD HAVE BEEN ABLE TO PERSIST THIS LONG HAD I BEEN SCARED OF YOUR THREATS???!!! ONLY WHO RECOMMENDED FORMULA ORS AND WATER IN MEDICAL FACILITIES, PHARMACIES, AND SCHOOLS EVER! ORS OR ANYTHING SIMILAR, eg DRS etc shouldn't be on the label of anything that doesn't conform to the WHO recommended formula ORS. @narendramodi Sir, please, this is my sincere appeal, Sir!

Major media channels have been silenced! Only a few of them withstood the pressure, and continued with reaching out the land mark order to people! Thank you @IndiaToday! It is for Indians to prove their might again! The same way they stood behind me to make Oct15th FSSAI order happen! Boycott companies and pharmacies trying to finish off their stock at the cost of lives of children! Especially Kenvue(Johnson&Johnson)for asking for the stay! If it was in the US, this company would have been slapped with multiple litigations by now, by aggrieved parents!

Bad news. Fake ORS ban has been paused by the Delhi high court. ORSL has been allowed to sell 180 crore of their stock first. ORSL sells at 45 rupees per pack, so basically they want to sell 4 crore (180/45) fake ORS packs. These fake products have up to 10 times more sugar than real ORS, and can be dangerous for kids suffering from diarrhea. I request all Indians to unite and support @dr_sivaranjani in the fight against fake ORS. Please share this across all platforms so that we can put public pressure to not have any fake ORS sold. #ORS #FoodPharmer

As expected! So, basically their 180 crores stock in circulation should be sold, and the so called reputation they have built over 20 years should not be affected, it seems. So, FSSAI has to hear them out, it seems. Till then, FSSAI can't implement the order. India, pls tell me what FSSAI should do?!

**Legal Notice** Dabur issued a legal notice to remove 6 of my recent videos from my 3-part series on honey brands that failed the CSE's NMR tests in 2020 on Instagram & Facebook. Dabur claimed the NMR test is unreliable in India due to its database method yet passing NMR test is mandatory for exporting Honey. The only NMR testing facility, in Mumbai, tests honey solely for export, not random samples. However, Dabur advertised in newspapers and on Instagram that their honey is NMR-tested and certified. Many brands sell a cheaper variant alongside a costly "NMR-tested" variant. Why is this permitted in India? If brands sell 100% pure honey at ₹250/kg, why offer an NMR-tested variant at ₹500 for 500g? What does this imply? I'll have to delete the videos, as I stated Dabur "FAILED" the test, and as per FSSAI, NMR testing does not determine pass or fail in India. But for Exports "yes" it does. The results and the matter both are crystal clear. But are the intentions of FSSAI and major honey brands authentic? India is doomed guys Link of the videos that I'll be removing today. We Have Won! No one can use ‘ORS’ on their label unless it’s a WHO-recommended formula. This is the story of Dr. Sivaranjani Santosh, a braveheart paediatrician from Hyderabad, who fought for 8 years against sugar-rich drinks falsely marketed as ORS. Her persistence led to FSSAI’s landmark order, protecting children and patients from misleading claims. “These drinks had 10x the sugar WHO recommends, worsening diarrhoea and complications in millions of kids,” she explains. This victory is not just hers, but belongs to everyone who stood with her — doctors, advocates, parents, and citizens demanding truth in labeling. Scroll down to see how her 8-year battle changed the game for public health and children across India.
