Hey @AirIndiaX , your IVR isn't taking any inputs at the moment. First step asks to press 1 for English, but keeps saying input hasn't been given even after pressing multiple times. Tried from multiple phones and numbers, same condition.

Hey @IndiGo6E , does Super6E include FFWD? Coz it's written at the bottom of my boarding pass, and your call centre executive says it used to be included in the past, but now it's not.

Hey @ola_supports @Olacabs , the driver took xtra cash giving me a receipt for airport parking charges. But you closed the ticket saying u had confirmed with the driver that he didn't take. Why wld he admit that? Why wld he give the receipt to me, which I had sent a photo of? 1/n

Hey @vfsglobalcare @VFSGlobal, tried bkg an appointment but left on the payment page to reconfirm certain details. It now shows there is a payment under processing & doesn't let me retry with the same passport number, asking to try after ~5hrs. It's been 40hrs now! DMed details.
