Itโ€™s been a slow process that keeps hitting me in wavesโ€ฆ. No more worry about the next game. No more worry about the next opponent. No more worry about whether this year will be the year (or next year for that matter). Itโ€™s justโ€ฆ all gone. Pure basketball nirvana.
Anybody just feel relieved?

Never thought Iโ€™d see a @nyknicks championship in my lifetime. Always referred to myself as a โ€œlong suffering Knicks fan.โ€ Hard to describe this special feeling. Crazy what sports can do. #alwaysknicks

The Yankees lineup has been pulling off late comebacks all year. If you want to talk about their clutch factor, there are probably much better stats to point to than one-run record, which is a very volatile and flimsy stat to use for obvious reasons.

when camilo doval leans into his slider like this, it's how he'll start getting swing and miss again.

that was a really horrid at-bat but also some ridiculous movement on those sliders

Jazz Chisholm controls the zone better than ppl give him credit for. He walks at a decent enough rate and doesn't chase nearly as much as the reputation suggests. I once again have reached the tweet limit on @BD4pod

Replying to @rjcbd4
Not a thing I really give credence to. IMO, teams often find the best version of themselves down the stretch of a season and in the playoffs. Itโ€™s something that was probably more predictive when the NBA was really top heavy. The playoffs are so much more matchup based now

๐Ÿ† Congrats! The 25-26 New York Knicks are the first champions that: 1) donโ€™t have a 1A 2) lost the KAT trade definitively 3) got gift-wrapped a path to the finals 4) will regress to the mean on 3s 5) never have anything to do with anything 6) havenโ€™t actually won any playoff games. Opponents just lost all 16.
