Yes--there is no "one size fits all". Every teacher has their own way of teaching--and that's ok!
The best part of my day is going into classrooms to engage with students and give teachers positive feedback.
I am glad some districts are working on teacher shortage by offering bonuses, increase starting starting salary etc for new teachers, but please dont forget your veteran teachers. We have to do more for them too. Otherwise the shortage will only worsen.
