On the eve of the 2016 Philippine pres. elections, I encountered an article that explored the use of Google trends to predict election outcomes, by @kcorazo in Apr 2016. Back-tested with prior elections in other counties. TL;DR It predicted a Duterte win.

Back though to epigenetics; I sort of wish we always used specific phrases for each definition, eg "behavioural transmission" or "mitosis persistent cell identity" or "DNA modification". It would make many conversations more productive.
