AI is moving fast, and every business is scrambling to figure out how to respond. Ignore it? Try to implement as fast as you can across the board? Some balance of the two?
If you feel like you're falling behind or can't keep up, you're not alone.
At @teamheyo, we started by turning the lens on ourselves. We looked at every team and every process, asking where AI could actually help and where we’d want human control. Security and privacy are obvious, but it also matters to know what AI isn't good at yet.
When you're intentional about it, the wins are real. Repetitive work gets automated, research speeds up, and workflows tighten. When you're guessing in the dark, the losses can be detrimental.
We're already doing the homework for ourselves. Figured we might as well extend it to clients. Let us keep up with the tools, set guardrails, and help determine where AI actually fits into your business.

Just a PSA if you see your build costs creeping up on Vercel, be sure to see how your Org/Repos are configured for build machines.
Somehow one of our repos was set to turbo, costing hundreds $/month on builds. Obviously you get what you pay for but many projects don't need the turbo powerhouse.

We have been constantly improving @getshippy with all the user feedback.
Shippy launched with full MCP server support but we have been fine-tuning the functionality across all the tools.
