Why?
The christian position is well known.
I don't need anything except to be left alone. Christians however can't do that, they have to infect everyone with their religion. Discourse is just a backdoor evangelism trip.

Would Pagans want to have some sort of real discourse with Christians specifically? Would you want there to be, for lack of a better term, “inter-faith dialogues”? And do you think anything can be reconciled between the two faiths?

Because the god of Abraham is a narcissistic control freak.
Triangulation is one of the methods narcissist use to control their victims, keep getting two to gang up on the other and they don't notice the manipulation.
Why can’t the 3 Abrahamic religions (Christianity, Judaism, Islam) have peace together if the bible claims we worship the same God?
