There was basically no good-faith effort in Labour or among most commentators to learn the lessons of the 2017 general election, when Labour won 40% of the vote and gained 10 points from the previous general election. It didn't give the Labour Right the result they 'wanted'.

Please to share the latest 'long read' from mine and @ThurnellReadSoc 's research on UK pub closures.
Our latest long-read is up! The White Horse in Kimpton, Hertfordshire closed in 2014. For over a decade, residents have campaigned to reopen it as a community-owned pub rather than see it converted into a private residence. Links to this and other published long reads, below!

Our case studies attempted to capture the diversity of pubs and the communities they serve, across rural-urban geographies and regions. Stay tuned for future long-reads about closed pubs in coastal Wales, city center Manchester, suburban Birmingham and rural Hertfordshire.

Normally we don't do org-wide statements about current affairs. But all of us at Novara Media are deeply concerned by what the government's plan to proscribe Palestine Action as a terror group means for freedom of expression. We oppose it unreservedly. Read our statement below.
Tomorrow, MPs will debate and vote on a measure to proscribe the protest group Palestine Action as a terrorist organisation. Without equivocation or caveat, Novara Media stands opposed to this historic infringement on freedom of expression. Our statement:
