Love @scheduledrop’s automated text an hour before the job 🔥 The 30 minute arrival window reminder is great so your client isn’t hounding you when cleaner is a minute late

I scaled my home service business to $1M because of a great team. To do that, I stole a playbook from my corporate job at a FAANG company. The phone screen. Think of it like the SDR sales qualification call. RT, like and comment PHONE SCREEN and I'll send you the one I use.

Cleaning Peeps: how do y’all handle ceiling vents and HVAC filter vents? Are those included in your move in/out cleaning checklists? And do y’all always windows and blinds in your moving cleanings, or are they still an add-on?

This is a first: going to have to report child abuse due to neglect of kids after a home cleaning we had today. 5 kids living in 900 sq ft home, in extreme filth. All kids were asleep still asleep at 10am. Heartbreaking. Say a prayer for these kiddos and the mom who’s likely not doing very well, emotionally.

I never ask for help…but here it is. I met @donnyyoung online through a reselling group. Didn’t know him long… but you can tell pretty quick who’s real. He’s a pastor in Alabama but more than that, he’s a great husband, a present dad, and the kind of man who actually lives what he believes. I don’t ask for help. That probably comes from how I was raised, alcohol in the house, chaos, learning to fight through things alone. At 56, I’m still working on that. But I hit a moment recently… business and personal… and it stopped me in my tracks. For whatever reason, I reached out to Donny. He answered my call. No judgment just time, perspective, and real care. That stuck with me. There’s something powerful about having someone in your life who’s walking closer to God and willing to meet you where you’re at. He’s become more than just a connection. He’s a friend. Now I want to return the favor. He’s in an X growth competition and he’s about 260 followers away from winning. I’d like to see him achieve this and am asking for your help. Go follow him. Help me push him over the top. Let’s pass it forward.

Say what you want about @RealCandaceO, I firmly believe she's been a bold and brave champion for truth. Honor to meet her and @GenFlynn @CarriePrejean1 @j_fishback in DC last week. Yes, I'm still a Protestant, but also a friend to all who walk in the light of Christ our King!

Goated feature for cleaning biz owners
1 month ago @robertodjg requested the ability to send cleaners job info and have them accept or decline directly from their phone. It’s officially live. Once a cleaning is created you select your top cleaners, set their pay, and send the job details instantly. Cleaners see the cleaning type, home size, and estimated duration — then tap yes or no. If they accept, they’re automatically assigned. No more back and forth over text.

5 home service businesses that will make you $300K/yr as a solo operator. But the second you try to scale past yourself, they'll destroy you. I've watched owners go from clearing $25K/month solo to losing money with a crew of 6. Here's the list and why it happens 🧵

Most people using Claude are wasting it. Not because Claude is weak. Because their prompts are. I spent weeks testing 1000 prompts breaking them, improving them, and removing the useless ones. The result? A Claude Prompt Vault with 100 battle-tested prompts that handle things like: • LinkedIn content systems • Notion workflows • ICP research from Reddit • Lead magnets • Sales → content pipelines • Long → short form repurposing • Carousels & infographics • Outbound acquisition systems • Profile optimization • Content engines Basically... Everything you need to turn Claude into a business operating system. These prompts helped me generate $2k–$4k/month using AI workflows. And today I’m giving the 100 Prompt Vault away. Copy → Paste → Run. How to get it: • Follow (so I can DM you) • Like RT • Comment “Claude” Miss a step = no access.

🚨 ChatGPT looks like a toy in 2026. This is the real thing. People building with Claude workflows are quietly automating entire businesses. Most people are still using AI like a chatbot... While others are using it like a co-worker. So I’m giving away a Claude Prompt Workflow Pack that can save you $5,500 in tools, time, and productivity. Inside the pack: • Powerful Claude prompts used by founders • Automation workflows for coding, research & content • Copy-paste prompt frameworks that produce better results • AI systems that replace multiple paid tools • Real examples you can start using today This is the stuff most people charge hundreds of dollars for. But I’ll send it FREE to the first 2,500 people. To enter: 1️⃣ Follow me 2️⃣ Like Repost 3️⃣ Comment “CLAUDE” I’ll DM the pack. Once you see these workflows… You’ll never use AI the same way again.
