We live in a C world. Half the people can’t even show up on time or keep promises. My guess is that operating at a B- level puts you at the top 10% of earners and operating at a B puts you in the top 1%.

Summer bookings are climbing across the crypto-travel space. People aren’t waiting for perfect conditions — they’re using whatever actually works today. The $TRAVLS token launch this Fall is timed perfectly for that momentum: real cashback on the Visa debit card tiered rewards on every booking. Travel remains one of the strongest daily-use cases turning crypto holders into daily crypto users. What’s one trip on your 2026 calendar you’d love to pay for — and earn on — with crypto? #TRAVLS #CryptoTravel #TokenLaunch #Web3Adoption

This is so true. Give talented people the space and support to grow. The alternative (losing them) is much worse. Put your ego aside and elevate others for the greater good...always. It will pay dividends.
“A really good manager's job is build a really good team and eventually get replaced. You owe it to every single person in your company to make sure the best person is in the right role at any given time. If we were complacent and said, "You're a VP because you've been here 10 years, the person underneath who's been here two years, that is much better, that we're not getting into that VP role, is going to leave. That person is going to leave and start their own business. I don't want to lose the best talent. I want, at any given moment, the best talent in the most important roles. So we always do that trade. And if you don't do that trade it's really depressing because you end up with these really long-tenured people who end up in all these really important seats, but all your fresh blood is churning despite having more upside. You could've given them room to grow.”

Mega bullish for the-open-network:native
Fees in TON have dropped 6× — to nearly zero. Next step — Telegram replaces the TON Foundation as the driving force behind TON and becomes its largest validator. The focus shifts to tech superiority. New ton.org, new dev tools, new performance upgrades. Timeline: 2-3 weeks.

1/6 Dmail just shut down its entire decentralized email platform. Tally and Step Finance both wound down operations recently. Same pattern we keep seeing in 2026: projects that raised big but couldn’t make unit economics work. Every business — crypto or not — still runs on the same four immutable rules of physics.

Summer travel season is officially here, yet most crypto holders are still booking flights and hotels the old fiat way in 2026. Solana users have real spending power. Ethereum holders have real wallets. But the checkout experience still hasn’t caught up. The gap between “I hold crypto” and “I actually use crypto for travel” remains massive. What’s the biggest barrier you see stopping more people from booking travel with crypto right now? Curious to hear your take. #CryptoTravel #Web3Utility #TravelTech

Summer travel planning is in full swing this weekend. Yet most crypto holders are still booking flights and hotels the old fiat way. Why? A) Checkout friction still kills the vibe B) Rewards don’t actually move the needle C) Trust / UX issues remain D) Haven’t seen a product that makes it effortless Vote reply with the biggest travel crypto gap you’re seeing in the market right now. #CryptoTravel #Web3Utility #SummerTravel2026

April 2026 was the month agentic AI stopped being hype and started being table stakes. Claude Mythos 5, Gemini 3.1 Pro, GPT-5.4, and Llama 4 variants all dropped autonomous workflows that SMBs are actually shipping in days. The gap between operators who are integrating these agents and those still treating AI as a toy is widening fast.

4/5 The real edge isn’t which model you pick. It’s having the operator discipline to turn them into a 24/7 revenue machine without adding headcount.
