Today I'm excited to announce Tomorrow: an AI-native product studio. We're completely rethinking what a product studio can be in the AI era…small teams, creative vision, minimal funding and intense focus. tomorrowstudio.ai @tmrwai

being restricted by the government is the new benchmark and the best launch campaign ever
The US government, citing national security authorities, has issued an export control directive to suspend all access to Fable 5 and Mythos 5 by any foreign national, whether inside or outside the United States, including foreign national Anthropic employees. The net effect of this order is that we must abruptly disable Fable 5 and Mythos 5 for all our customers to ensure compliance. Access to all other Claude models is not affected. We apologize for this disruption to our customers. We believe this is a misunderstanding and are working to restore access as soon as possible. Read our full statement: anthropic.com/news/fable-myt…

we're making @boomvideoapp the best recording app for people who want to edit videos with AI. hmm if you want to beta test the new version.

Lots of people asked how I used Fable to edit its own launch video so I made a video about that! TLDR it wrote a lot of code & tool calls to use transcription services, ffmpeg, do colorgrading, use the figma mcp, make remotion UI and render it. I didn't touch a video editor.

every time a new model drops i build a mac app to test it. it always turns out to be a fun prototype i abandon within a week. fable 5 is the first time vibe coding crossed from prototypes into things you'd actually ship. i've been using the app i made last night all day, totally forgot it was a test.

i’ve been to four universities and only one of them charged tuition, the rest paid me to attend. first was the internet in the Web 2.0 days. i learned you could make things and get paid, and i never looked back. second was the app store, the moment i got my first iphone i became a student of the game and still am. third was shopify, i literally got paid to learn how to build worldclass products. it was my MBA but it felt like playing in the NBA of tech. now i’m doing a phd in AI, learning by building and teaching. the only school i paid for is the one that gave me a degree i’ve never used.

there's a lot of hype around AI consulting. i'm starting to think consulting is actually underrated when you don't treat it like consulting. not the $100k slide deck kind. more like getting inside real workflows, building alongside domain experts, and shipping useful AI faster. education as onboarding. discovery calls as coffee chats. consulting as a product studio.

if I wasn't a founder I'd probably be a founder therapist or career coach either that or a documentary film director

Plena (@plena_health) is the AI OS for specialty medical practices. It runs the operations — referrals, fax, scheduling & collections — end-to-end so doctors can focus on medicine. In 8 months, they've grown 17x and crossed seven figures in contracted ARR. Congrats on the launch, @eebadaeebada and Ahmed! ycombinator.com/launches/QdQ…
