The latest Active Travel England ratings show we are 1 of 4 local authorities moving from level 0 to level 1
This uplift enables us to bid for future Government funding, helping us make further active travel improvements across the county

The Mediterranean Sea is experiencing a severe marine heatwave, which will have major impacts on marine life and intensify heat on land.

I watched the City Council’s health and wellbeing committee this evening.
@MintMurray4 , Alex Kinnersley and @RealUdallVoice made excellent points on road danger and the impact of dangerous and anti-social driving on walking and cycling rates.

@round_elena wants to invite the person responsible for active travel infrastructure to answer questions from the committee on why there aren’t more safe routes for cyclists (especially beginners)
