Politics in Jamaica is really difficult.
Slowley lost because he helped too many PNP communities and individuals. Thinking that he was being a good MP and being fair.
Worse because he was a former PNP.
Pnp never voted for him anyway and JLP base was resentful and stayed home.

I hate this as much as the next man but I also know on his visits, he never sees the 12 patients in a room made for 4, or the ppl waiting on chairs to be seen because the directors and CEOs “clean up” before the scheduled visits. And those tours are guided… 😂😂

Except... if u're overweight, you have a shit load of energy in storage, aka "fat." So if your body needs 1000 calories and u only eat 500... the rest it needs comes from storage/fat... hence... weightloss.
So no, you're not starving yourself.. if u're carrying excess body fat, u already have stored energy sitting there as FAT. The very purpose of body fat is the body storing fuel for when food is in short supply. Calorie deficit is creating the conditions for your body to do what it is designed to do, "tap into energy stores for fuel when food is in short supply."

Jamaica eye and track the vehicle that was carrying the suspects.
The JCF was then able to set up a drag net to intercept the suspects.
Even when one was able to escape in near by bushes he was still being tracked.
Different ball game now, big man ball a play now.

Take yesterday's shooting, after getting info about the killing of a teacher in Clarendon the JCF was able successfully use drone, cell tower data
