I love how @Ryanair always make their priority customers a priority by trapping them in a stairwell for an abnormal amount of time before flights :)))

this is so cool, but on the flip side they haven’t responded to my billing support query in over a month cc @AnthropicAI
THE ANTHROPIC TEAM DOESN'T WRITE CODE ANYMORE. this guy's friend got hired at Anthropic 3 weeks ago. nobody on his team has hand written code in months. they run multiple agents in parallel and act more like managers than engineers. his friend said if you're just watching an agent code, you're already behind that idle time should be spent spinning up another agent and directing it somewhere else. the point is that the new method isn't "use AI to code faster." it's "you are the product manager, the agents are your engineers, and your job is to keep all of them running at all times"

the problem im seeing with ai isn’t the tools it’s that you need a high level of expertise to see where they’re going wrong and most people don’t have that, so the errors don’t get caught. they accumulate and compress. and then the output just gets accepted.

1 to all of this! especially now that ai has infiltrated- screening is so much harder for internal teams the age old saying - your network is your net worth :) some of my fave recruiters: - @NoCodeJac (& the entire Hirechain team) - @sabrina__dx & @0xwillthetrill - @OW3NBTC - @JacobKerr17 (although not worked directly with him!) & of course @CryptoClayman but he’s in-house now :)

really not surprised by this - bots have made direct application screening a nightmare for in-house teams - harder for real applicants to get seen crazy markup but LinkedIn is still in a good position - sourcing there is still reputable referrals have never been more valuable. if you don’t have a referral scheme, implement one if you don’t have a network, it’s time to think about building one relationships >>> platforms
Linkedin is raising inmail costs (native messaging for recruiting/sales messages) from $3 to $21 ~600% price increase. unreal. time to run it back with X Jobs feature @nikitabier
