My name is Bernard, living in Ireland. I have stage 4 stomach cancer. My medical consultants recommend Immunotherapy and chemotherapy. Despite best scientific and clinical evidence, my Irish healthcare insurer won't fund this. Am I alone?

A busy few days with @DMaynooth this week & an even busier few days ahead at #ESAI24 presenting my ongoing doctoral work today and discussing all things teacher ed and doctoral ed on Saturday with @rosedolan @PatriciaNunan & @grainnekyne so many great sessions, so little time!👇🏻
Preparations are in full swing as #ESAI24 approaches! We look forward to welcoming 370 delegates to @MaynoothUni this week.
