I know GoT didn't super go in on fire being a weakness for the wights/ white walkers because it increases the dramatic tension when they're on screen, but it really reduces the effect of Fire and Ice being thematically opposed. Really lame solution.

I'm going back through the prequels trying to be as objective as possible, but God damn phantom menace is just a pile of shit. In my memory it was my favorite prequel but I def understand why people hated it.
