Here are 3 questions I ask: 🔸 Does the work imply the necessary skill required for the project we’re hiring for? 🔸 Does the artist have an interesting take on ideas? 🔸 Does the artist have a clear, proactive process to get to the finish line? After that, I have some hopes: 🙏 Please be cool 🙏 Please be considerate 🙏 Please be willing to put in the work, not just for yourself, but for the team It’s not just about the art, it’s about trust.
