The 2025 harvest is officially over!
With the Nebbiolo harvest and the last grapes from Vigna Elena, we officially close a fundamental phase of our work.
The weather conditions were on our side, giving us clear days that were ideal for harvesting high-quality grapes.

This week saw the harvest of Nascetta, a historic grape variety from the municipality of Novello.
One of the distinctive features of this white grape is that it ripens later than other varieties: in fact, it ripens after Dolcetto.
