this said, will appreciate mu practice for the following - WiFi is fine but in person is better if going to the same tournaments or whatever bayo falco min min pac pythra samus shulk sonic sora steve yoshi
didn't expect this but want to improve and get back to where I was with ult will be long and difficult with a new char, might take a year or two but I'll get there. turns out g&w doesn't really teach you much and there are so many matchups to learn punish game needs work too

Hard agree with this. Singling people out like this can be how people are radicalised to the far right, whereas integration over time with people with different views to them can make them come to healthier conclusions themselves. Obvs different if people are being hateful.
Maybe I'm just old but when I go to events, I don’t expect to make friends with everyone or be on good terms with every single person there. Conservatives will always exist, they're a big part of the population, you can’t just ban or ignore them all lol What matters more to me is how someone acts. If they’re being respectful, not harassing anyone and not pushing their beliefs on others then what's the problem? Singling them out for their views alone can backfire cause when people feel excluded or attacked for what they believe, they double down. It makes them louder, more defensive and more extreme. Instead of changing minds, it just fuels resentment 🤷
