@IKEAUSA what kind of service involves filling out email forms that don't work or 800 numbers that "too busy" and ask you to call back over and over? We PAID for delivery that was missing parts. At a minimum, you should text me when support is available.
@IKEAUSA it's a downright hostile way to treat customers. We're busy and spending our weekends dealing with your crappy customer service that we PAID for.
