We used three types of ropes at a nominal diameter of 9/16โ: Dyform 18, Python Ultra, Dyform 6.ย The RL05 was calibrated with the Dyform 18 and then applied to both of the other lines. We are still evaluating the data but a really cool project.

Our engineers recently commissioned a 8 point mooring system which included (8) RL20 Running Line Tensiometers, (4) Multi Winch RPC-90x displays installed in pelican cases and a PC data monitoring solution installed in control room to aggregate winch data to operations.

Another big load pin moving thru the shop. In fact the longest load pin we have ever provided, 52.5" x 7" dia. Unique pin in that each load bearing end has an individual 4-20 mA output, 256K & 214K. Both ends have a proofload of 387K. Each channel has a separate cable termination
