Forty-one years ago today, the sun was shining, Hall of Famer Lee Smith was pitching and Ferris Bueller and his friends skipped school to see the @Cubs play at Wrigley Field.

Have you ever heard of the Shipwreck of the Silver Spray? The passenger steamer sank in 1914 off the shoreline near 49th Street Beach. We could see the boiler clear as day from the helicopter today š. Pretty neat piece of history I didnāt know about!
