YES!
U.S.-funded biological laboratories (biolabs) in Ukraine EXIST.
Official U.S. intelligence just confirmed it today.
DNI Tulsi Gabbard released declassified evidence showing the United States has funded and supported more than 120 biolabs in over 30 countries: including OVER 40 in Ukraine alone.
This isn’t speculation. It’s now declassified U.S. government fact.
The declassified slides detail specific labs such as: • Kherson Diagnostic Laboratory (Kherson Oblast) • Central Reference Laboratory • Ukrainian Antiplague Institute (URAPI) • Zakarpartska Diagnostic Laboratory • Labs in Odessa, Uzhgorod, and others
U.S. contractors (including Black & Veatch) built and equipped them. Construction and equipment costs ran into the millions per lab.
These facilities stored and worked with dangerous pathogens, including anthrax, Ebola, plague, Marburg, SARS, tularemia, and highly pathogenic avian flu: many of them legacy Soviet-era biological weapons materials secured under U.S. threat reduction programs.
Claims that “there are no U.S. biolabs in Ukraine” are now directly contradicted by declassified U.S. government documents released today.
Existence = confirmed.
Dangerous pathogens stored there = confirmed.
U.S. funding, construction, and training = confirmed.
The real debate should be about oversight, biosafety risks in a conflict zone, transparency, and exactly what research was conducted, not whether the labs exist.
