At our bargaining session with @RockefellerUniv yesterday, we continued to push for strong protections against harassment, discrimination, and bullying without delay and without restricting our rights. It was great to see so many postdocs show up in support!

More than a year since we started bargaining, over 50 postdocs from across the University gathered to discuss our progress so far and the Rockefeller administration’s continued refusal to agree to basic protections that are increasingly standard among unionized researchers. 🧵

We also heard from a member of @WCMPostdocUnion about how they recently won their first contract. We concluded with an open discussion about how we can more effectively convey to Rockefeller the urgency of reaching a fair agreement.
