i rebuilt our entire website in Claude, i am forever DONE with wordpress. i'm now able to design and deploy directly from claude in seconds. i will never need a designer or developer again. aside from the cost savings, it's also the agility to create new content, alter messaging and deploy instantly. claude built a migration checklist for me and literally checked them off 1 by 1, including migration of elements that wp plugins previously did (like 301 redirects, sitemaps, etc). wordpress sucks - this is the future. can you view the full website: https:// theblueprint .training

Continuing to get really good results using Claude for design... but it's not easy. Here's what I'm learning: 1. It is much better suited for landing page design, not full website design. 2. Although you can design a full website here very quickly, it starts to become a lot more effort than not, because you have to do a lot of prompting and reprompting. There are a lot of formatting things that you need to correct inside of Claude. 3. Once you get the hang of it and once it has your design style down, then you can really scale design very quickly and go from idea to fully funnel in a matter of minutes. It does take a while to get that set up. You have to train on your brand. You have to figure out a new brand that you can work with inside of here, and that takes time because it's not graded ideation. 4. You have to give it a lot of inputs and a lot of feedback. Once you train Claude on a specific business's design and once you get the GitHub set up and connected directly to Netlify, then you can really push a lot of pages through here with really top-tier design, in my opinion.

Email has always been a time energy drain for me. A lot of my emails require complex answers. I provided Claude access to our agency's Google Drive to review scopes of work, proposals, agreements and sample client deliverables. It goes through emails 1 by 1 writing responses for my approval and feedback. It writes very good emails that require little to no editing.

I've been glued to my computer the last 3 days learning Claude Cowork Claude Code...I can't sleep, this is going to be the biggest impact on the agency business model since the dawn of digital. What used to take me MONTHS to build now takes 30 minutes. Advanced attribution reporting, cross channel dashboards, link outreach...all completely automated. By the end of this year there will be ONE PERSON agencies making millions in revenue.

In the coming weeks, we plan to start testing ads in ChatGPT free and Go tiers. We’re sharing our principles early on how we’ll approach ads–guided by putting user trust and transparency first as we work to make AI accessible to everyone. What matters most: - Responses in ChatGPT will not be influenced by ads. - Ads are always separate and clearly labeled. - Your conversations are private from advertisers. - Plus, Pro, Business, and Enterprise tiers will not have ads.

"I work for you". That's what I tell every new employee that joins our team. True leadership isn't about power, money or control, it's about empowering others achieve their best so we can all thrive. Although it might not be the first thing that comes to mind when you think of the Bible, but Jesus' words apply now more than ever, and the extend to topics like leadership as well. Jesus is very clear - true leadership is about lowering yourself, putting others first, and serving their needs. In Luke 22:25–27, Jesus is listening to his disciples talk about who among them is greatest. He responds by telling his disciples that the greatest among them is the one who humbles themselves and serves others. Jesus goes on to show that even he (the ultimate leader, the Son of God) serves others first. I get it - you're reading this on LinkedIn, a place where you come to talk about business, not theology. But everything you need to lead a successful, productive, healthy business is already written. God is all knowing - the exact situation you are in right now is not by accident. The way out, is through. As a leader, that means humbling yourself before others: - Accepting responsibility when things go wrong - Listen deeply before reacting - Rewards others with credit (verbal, monetary, responsibility) - Teach others and be generous with your time gifts When you serve first, you grow.

The one marketing strategy every business ignores (but shouldn't)... Short, engaging videos. That's it. That's the post. While your competition is still writing 500-word blog posts nobody reads, you could be creating 30-second videos that actually convert. ✅ Run them as Facebook/Instagram ads ✅ Watch the leads roll in ✅ Thank me later Stop overthinking it. Start filming.

it's crazy how many agencies are predatory liars in 2025, preying on small business owners who just don't know any better. i'm helping a friend of mine with his dad's HVAC business, he's currently locked into a predatory contract with an agency. he's 60 years old - an amazing human, awesome at his craft, but doesn't know a ton about technology or the internet. this agency lied to his face and has been stealing from him for YEARS. this agency wrote into the contract that should they part ways, the agency retains ownership of the website, the domain, the content and social profiles. they have charged him $2,000/month for 5 years ($120k in total). after weeks of attempts, i finally lured them onto a call. they provided NO work reports, no analytics report, no lead reports...nothing. i told them we were going to be moving off of their services and they threatened me. they said (direct quote): "if you try and leave you will lose all your rankings. we own the website, content, social profiles and the domain. if you do not continue with payments his website will go down and he will lose everything we have worked for." this is theft. it's disgusting, it's shameful and they should be prosecuted. if you're an agency who does, this shame on you. you're vile.

Are you red pill or blue pill? 🔴 🔵 I'm not talking politics, I'm talking about your marketing. It's not working. You know it. I know it. Your bank account definitely knows it. You're stuck in the matrix of: → Creating content that no one engages with → Competing for organic real estate that diminishes by the day → Throwing money at ads that are not profitable → Watching competitors steal your customers → Getting the same disappointing results month after month But what if I told you there's a way to break free? What if you could create marketing so engaging that your ideal customers stop scrolling and start buying? We've cracked the code on video marketing that actually converts. Not just pretty videos. Not just viral content. Videos that turn viewers into customers. Ready to see how deep the rabbit hole goes?

Absolutely worth three minutes of your time. Dan Lanning with a lot of really poignant thoughts on the Charlie Kirk assassination. "The US could learn a lot from our locker room... You walk in that locker room you've got guys of different races, backgrounds, religions, and you've got a team that loves each other." H/T @MattPrehm for the question

my personal life fell apart this year. my actions caused irreparable damage to those i love the most and because of that, i've lost so much. i hit rock bottom and didn't know how to handle it, but i found salvation in Jesus. through reading the Bible and i've come to realize it's all been written. every struggle, every pain, every hardship, every loss...there's nothing we go through that hasn't been gone through my people before...and there's a blueprint on how to live your life. i was saved by giving my life to Jesus and aggressively eradicating sin from my life. i've removed social media apps from my phone. i replaced doom scrolling garbage media with reading the word of God. i've replaced Top 50 playlists on Spotify with worship music and sermons on YouTube. i've given my time to helping others instead of just trying to add more dollars into my bank account. because of this my mind is clear. my anxiety is gone. my energy is different. my thoughts are positive. and i am walking the right path to heal those i have hurt. with all the crazy news going on i feel urged to share the word, as that is what God calls us to do as Christians. in Matthew 22:36–40 Jesus was asked what the greatest commandment is. his answer was short and simple: 1. honor God above all else 2. love others as you love yourself the teachings of Jesus are that of love, compassion, helping others and freeing yourself from a life of sin. it is the best way to find peace and happiness on this planet. whatever you are going through, there is hope for you. if you ever want someone to talk to, my DMs are always open and i would love to help you in any way i can!
