I am not one to complain, but it is time to vent. Hey @GoogleFiber, care to explain how your support has become an absolute joke? I’ve spent the last week trapped in an endless loop of broken promises, wasted hours, and bad internet. Here is a quick recap of the "premium" service I’ve been dealing with: 3 separate support calls spanning multiple hours of my life I’ll never get back. Strike 1: Your team completely failed to send out a replacement router the first time we spoke. Strike 2: When a replacement finally did arrive, it was defective and wouldn't work right out of the box. Strike 3: Now, the "solution" is to send a technician... but I have to wait another 5 days just to get someone to my house. But the absolute best part? Every single time I connect with your team to get this fixed, your reps try to aggressively upsell me on an upgrade before they'll even help troubleshoot the problem I already have. Oh, and remember those extra extenders your team explicitly had me buy because of the layout of my house? While pushing me to do the upgrade because that is what's best, I’m being told they "would no longer work" with that setup, and I would need to buy new ones. Paying for a premium fiber service should mean getting premium support when things go wrong—not getting treated like a cash cow while sitting in the dark for over a week. Fix this.
