coming to Web3 as a newbie, I learnt it's built on community.
People with different identities, opinions, and beliefs coming together to support a shared vision.
But lately, during my hunting sessions, Iβve noticed something different.
A lot of early-stage projects barely care about community anymore.
No TG. No Discord.
Yet the product is live, token is trading, and the website is already up.
No solid foundation.
Just low-effort AI banners, random pfps, no story, no consistent voice, no engagement, no visibility, no profile visits.
So I keep asking myself
Do these projects already have investors, users, and weekly profit flowing in behind the scenes?
Or, has community become optional for some early stage projects?
Because if the goal is simply to launch a product and operate like a traditional Web2 company,
then what role does decentralization actually play in the long-term vision?
