For the last 7 days I have taken on easyJet and it looks like I may have finally won. 87 people stuck in Italy, will be getting home!

- Return flight booked for Saturday 18th, Cancelled
- Rearranged flight for Sunday 19th, Cancelled
- Now offer 2 separate flights, no confidence if they will take off.

70 children stranded in Italy and an airline that clearly has not sense of safeguarding or care!!
Tournament of a lifetime in Italy, ruined by the incompetence of EasyJet.

Easyjet have been an absolute shambles. Booked us on a rearranged flight then cancelled less than 24 hours later. Now they offer us 2 flights, split party, 2 days after our original flight. With kids missing school, parents missing work.

And just like that, another flight cancelled. Back to square one again! @easyJet are a joke!!
Sorted us onto a new flight to then cancel it again😂 Feel sick with stress!

Update: Spent 3.5 hours on the phone to Easyjet. Was hung up on by the first bloke who said ‘it could take all day to transfer 87 people’. Easyjet wanted to split us between multiple flights over Sunday and the Monday. @easyJet

Imagine that, sending 11 year olds on a flight to then wait at an airport for potentially 48 hours either in London or in Italy. I fought and fought for us to be kept together and magically there was space on a flight Sunday evening.

Easyjet will not help financially but we can request to claimback but this could take months.
Customer services and complaints department are closed, both calls and emails. You cannot get through to anyone. @easyJet

We are now flying more than 24 hours later but together!
Easyjet will not help with finding a hotel for 87 people which is now the stress. Also the airport transfers both Italy side and UK side. 2 coaches to fit 87 people. Plus occupying loads of kids for another day.
