You need to do more than hope, you need to process my claim @British_Airways. A flight was cancelled. I lost 24 hours of my holiday and incurred significant disruption. It's a standard scheme. It shouldn't take over a month to compensate passengers.

Bad enough to lose a day of my much anticipated pre-Christmas trip to Singapore due to cancelled flight @British_Airways, or waste 24 hours travelling from Heathrow and back again. Been waiting for over a month for my case for basic compensation to even be reviewed. Rubbish.

Cancelled flight was bad enough. Fill in compensation form, get no email with vital claim number. Now no way to check status of claim. No way to retrieve claim number. Customer Service donā€™t answer the phone. You used to be my first choice @British_Airways šŸ˜„
