@abcapital I have received an offer from ICICI Bank for BT of PL as they are giving me an offer of 9.99 % against 13.99% in your Bank. I have asked for foreclosure the customer services representative has asked me not to go for foreclosure as they will give me 10.5 %.

Hence I withdrew the request from ICICI Bank and waited for 14 days, today I got a call for SR No. 21064870, and conveyed that my request is not accepted. I felt cheated as an earlier cc representative assured me that it will get reduced. What is this? please explain.

@ICICIBank_Care I have applied for a PL and received the cheques for BT. During the submission I came to know that I have to pay hefty charges for the foreclosure, which unable me to foreclose the loan, now I want the cancellation of BT.

Called your customer services, but they are unaware about the same. Customer service needs to be improved. Please provide the resolution of the same at the earliest.

@ICICIBank_Care My credit card has been blocked for some payments and it is prompted that due to security reasons payment is upheld. While calling customer care services they are telling me that they have done it from their end and still not provided any resolution.

Received a call, still the card is not activated. Your representative communicated that the system is not allowing, I don't know who is running the system of ICICI.

@airindiain My flight from IXZ to VNS from is partially cancelled i.e from CCU to VNS. I tried to contact your customer service they have no options to give me. Even they are unsure that the CCU to VNS sector is operational or not. Worst experience with your airlines.

@airindiain My parents flight was cancelled by the airlines on 27.7.20 from CCU to IXZ. After rigourous follow-ups with the Airline and Ease my Trip my refund application was accepted in the month of Aug 20. Now its been more than 180 days, still looking for my refund.
