I was invited to co author another peer reviewed meta analysis! As a PhD student, it’s a privilege to have scholars who’ve already reached this milestone invite me back. Focusing on my research, goals, and growth gives me so much joy. This will be my second peer reviewed paper.
As Eleanor Roosevelt said, “Great minds discuss ideas; small minds discuss people…” . I’ve invested energy into small mind activity by discussing the Lively/Baldoni case and attracted that energy, wasting precious time.
That case is an important issue but the quality of the discussions were mostly petty, juvenile, hateful and small minded.
If we look closely at ourselves, we will realize our environment is a reflection of the choices we make. We attract other people who demonstrate this.
The incessant focus on that case was not healthy. Great leaders who made “REAL” change in this world are nothing like the people who proclaim to fight for justice on this case.
Sadly, I invested energy into a wall and lowered my quality as an intelligent, sentient being. It’s time to do better…
