Really, Nepal most transactions done by intermediaries. This might be bcoz Nepal has very less talent which actually can value add rest find the value adder and skim part of value. Even corruption has intermediaries I.e. corruption traders more than actual executors.

I think, if public servant or public figure gives speeches and that are found to be baseless or wrong, then it should also qualify as corruption. As it deceives public at large and can result into even violent events later.

I think, rather than seeking opportunities to sell power to India, Nepal should study and device policy to bring power intensive industries to Nepal, so that power is converted rightly into employment and exponential increase to industry.
