I kept on forgetting to post this, but as of three weeks ago from today, I accomplished what I wanted to do since I was quite young: become a meteorologist. I have yet to fully reflect on my time as an undergrad, but at least I stuck with my passion and earned my degree.
Finally tested out my @_BoltHunter for the first time last night on the backside of last nightās storms in the Omaha area, and gotta say, it really impressed me once I got the settings down! Canāt wait to try it in better conditions! #NEwx

A substantial tornado outbreak struck the Plains. Eighteen tornadoes were significant (EF2 ), many of which were spawned by cyclic cells in NE and IA. The year's first EF4 struck the western edge of the Omaha metropolitain area. One person was killed.

There's basically zero awareness of Western Nebraska and Eastern Wyoming. You have to drive there. It's some of the Most American Geography we have. Unlike anywhere else.
