ABS is really exposing how awful umpires have been at getting calls right.
Salvy teaching Doug Eddings the bottom of the strike zone. Over and Over and Over again. But Eddings refuses to learn. 😂

Just wanted to post this photo from the Apple event today of Steve Wozniak getting a look at the iPhone Air. I couldn't have set it up any better even if I tried.

Samsung Galaxy Z Fold7 review: looks like a regular phone with an exquisitely thin design, has top-tier performance, but is very pricey and lacks S Pen support (@samrutherford / Engadget) engadget.com/mobile/smartpho… techmeme.com/250717/p59#a250… x.com/Techmeme/status/186309…

Just an FYI, getting a microSD Express card for the Switch 2 is going to be a mess. The two Best Buys I went to this morning were sold out and according to a salesperson I talked to, GameStop doesnt have a ton of stock, especially for the larger 512GB and 1TB cards.

Dropping these here because I was pretty happy with how my review photos turned out. Also, the Pixel 9a is just a really good phone for a very reasonable price. engadget.com/mobile/smartpho…

The fun thing about a physical Balatro deck is that it makes you really care about the design of the jokers. Plus you get four of them instead of two.

The Republicans have introduced a bill to abolish OSHA. They are trying to make America great again by bringing us back to times like when almost 100 people (or more according to some sources) died building the Hoover dam. congress.gov/bill/119th-cong…

To all the people out there talking about how Deepseek upended the AI revolution, I have to ask: Have you actually used Deepseek? It hallucinates way more than any of its rivals and has even worse limitations when discussing stuff like tank man and Winnie the Pooh.

One weird side effect of Samsung adding watermarks to AI-generated images on the Galaxy S25 is that if you use the phone to create an AI-made wallpaper, the watermark appears on your home screen/lock screen too.

Tim Cook donated $1 million to Trump's inauguration. Now two weeks later Trump is stabbing Apple in the back by threatening to impose tariffs on chips from Taiwan, where a ton of A and M-series chips are made. Make it make sense.
