India is witnessing a rise in viral fever and seasonal infections across multiple regions.
👉 In #Delhi, doctors report an increase in cases of fever, cough, and cold as temperatures fluctuate between 18-19°C at night and 34-35°C during the day.
👉 In #Kurukshetra (HR), hospital OPD footfall has risen from around 1,400 to nearly 1,600 patients daily, with every third patient presenting viral symptoms.
👉 In #Bulandshahr (UP), over 150 patients are visiting the OPD daily with fever
👉 In #Indore (MP), OPD visits have increased by 15-20%, with 400-450 patients seeking treatment daily, and viral fever cases rising to 25-30% of total cases.

#gepa lay person naive qn (not directly #dspy). Is it not possible to translate activation changes resulting from gepa prompt changes to compute gradient updates to model weights indirectly instead of providing improved prompts?

While one can think of prompts as evolving/task specific (hence better to be non-persistent), there would be core changes in prompts (which improve performance) vs example specific. Lora like adapters from GEPA proposed prompt changes - at least for durable changes?

My friend is seronegative, but has clearly SFN symptoms, (with usual B12/vitD/Diabetes ruled out).. NCS normal, neuro doesn't want to do skin biopsy.. Doesn't accept neuro symptoms can start yrs before seropositivity.. Any other ways to confirm SFN? @NeuroSjogrens @elisa_comer
