For Mutual Fund NRI investors, this is a significant positive that you should note Now, Capital Gains on MF Units can't be taxed in India under the tax treaties with specific countries like Singapore, UAE, Mauritius Netherlands etc. This is an article in TOI, where the ITAT has passed this Order and hence no tax is payable in India for this Singapore resident on her short term and long term capital gain both from debt and equity mutual funds. It is taxable only in the country of residence (Singapore in this case) Significant Positive for NRI MF investors!

Just fyi, @deepseek_ai collects your IP, keystroke patterns, device info, etc etc, and stores it in China, where all that data is vulnerable to arbitrary requisition from the 🇨🇳 State. From their own privacy policy:

AI agents are not just wrappers over LLMs. The LLM is basically a brain - we all have one, but it doesn't mean we're all going to be the same. The real challenge in building good agentic frameworks is figuring out how to leverage LLMs into generating useful output or taking meaningful actions. Figuring out how to optimize memory, build good RAG systems, improve output quality/efficiency, and integrating across different environments are all core problems that different agents need to solve for. There are an infinite number of design decisions that go into building useful agents, the LLM itself may be the least interesting of these decisions since everyone has access to the same models.

The wavelength of microwave oven e&m waves is approximately 12.2cm. This is close to the resonant frequency of water molecules, which explains why they work to heat your food. Bluetooth operates at approx 12.5cm, very close to that of a microwave oven. Important distinction: microwave ovens output between 600-1200 watts, compared to Bluetooth devices which output less than 1 watt. Also, Bluetooth e&m waves can’t even ionize molecules given how little energy they emit. ie their wavelength is much larger (approx 500,000 times) than that of visible light which we’re flooded with throughout the day, everyday, and which no one ever worries about. Only E&m waves having wavelengths shorter than UV waves (below ~10nm) are capable of ionizing molecules and these are of greater concern. So, no, I personally won’t worry that Bluetooth devices (regardless of which ones) will have any negative affects on my well-being. They are effectively safe. But as lavar burton would say, don’t just take my word for it. Look into it yourself and don’t stop until you genuinely understand what’s going on. Then, my above points will make sense to you.

Starting tomorrow, India will become the first major market to completely move to a T 1 settlement cycle (China is partly T 1). It is crazy how far ahead we are in terms of market infrastructure and safety, even when compared to the developed world. 1/3
