man! the car scene always gets such a good audience reaction. forgot how genuinely scary this movie is at points. brother decided to immediately start standing in shadowy corners after we left the cinema much to my utter dismay

“should i read house of leaves?” yes, absolutely. it’s an all-time favourite and a rare instance of going out of my way to get two copies so i could read the coloured text edition. you won’t forget your first time reading this book
