One can do training behind car or bike. Or a fast rider :) helps a lot with speed. I grew up doing it on both road and track bikes (no gears or brakes), I also love doing it for riders now sitting behind the wheel. Here's a pic of me making @sauserwind and @jaroslavkulhavy suffer
