As the costs keep rising, the pool of players keeps falling!
And, the shortfall in finance is a burden that volunteers are struggling to bridge more & more as the cost of living increases
£20/£30 etc a month to send their kids to football is getting unaffordable for many disadvantage families today, We the free volunteers can't continue to keep propping grassroots football up when theirs £Billions at the top of the pyramid
