The physical action of doing what you know you need to get done is the most important thing. Nothing else matters. It doesn't matter if you want to do it, if you feel like doing it, if you are motivated to do it. If it brings you closer to your goal, you just have to do it.

You don't need motivation. You don't need to "feel like it". You don't need to be in a good mood. You don't need to have a good day. You don't need to be fresh. You just have to do it. To do what you know you need to do to get to where you know you wanna get to.

When was the last time you had a fire in yourself? The last time you wanted to do what you were doing because you knew it was gonna get you to your goal? The last time you didn't go through your day like a robot – unaware, on autopilot, just going through the actions? Wake up.

Sets, reps, exercise selection, split... don't matter if you don't know how to train with intensity all you think about during training is what you're gonna do afterwards you hate yourself during every single set you love rest days more than training days

Going to use Twitter as a thought outlet from now on. Do not let thoughts about - how much work it'll take - how many resources it'll use - how much time it'll take etc Influence whether you chase a goal or not. You want it? Work for it. No matter what. Every single day.
