Also, for anyone wondering (no one, Iβm sure π₯Ή) the bar Iβm describing in the article is absolutely the HUB, a beacon for ε€ε½δΊΊ, weird gaijin hunters, and folks who get annoyed when their 500 yen drink is bumped up to 520 yen (ππΎββοΈ).

A bill named βNewJeans/Hanni actβ to protect artists and other special employees from workplace harassment has been proposed at the National Assembly.
The amendment creates special provisions for labor providers and artists, establishes obligations for employers to take action in the event of harassment by third parties, and establishes penalties for employers who fail to take appropriate action against perpetrators of workplace harassment and harassment by third parties.
