The center of mass remains over the fulcrum as the cars of different mass move with equal and opposite momentums. In the 2nd video a ball is launched upward. The force of the ball pushes the car down. Even though the center of mass moves right net torque is counterclockwise.

Teacher in my PLC: We shouldn't be counting the notes as a grade because that's just a formative grade and is just measuring compliance. Same teacher shares a lesson with the group that includes a small grade for the check in question of "what did you do last weekend?"

I wish school admins would stop thinking that every classroom visit should be followed up with written improvement area for the teacher. Why can’t a classroom visit just be a visit?

Teachers should not have to work well beyond contracted hours (unpaid) just to get things done. Then we wonder why there is a 50% attrition every 5 years. This year will be off the charts if we don’t change expectations. We need state and district leaders to step up for teachers.
