Emphasised that the Global South has immense expectations from the world. More than support, it seeks partnership. We must move beyond the donor-recipient mindset and work as equal partners! We must walk together and not merely alongside one another. Partnerships must be linked to dignity, not dependency.

Curioso como los jugadores del Barça ha sido llegar el Mundial y recuperarse todos de su lesión de muñeca. También han bajado el rendimiento.

The truth is that FIFA is desperate to get India to play in the World Cup, has been for a while as we are literally the largest sports market with just a single sport dominating, the last fairly unexplored major market in sport. They gave us the FIFA U17 World Cup on which I worked for that reason. The women's U 17 as well, they also wanted to give us the U20 tournament if our team continued to do improve, but the AIFF had imploded by then. FIFA, like every world sporting body other than the ICC, wants to bring our huge audiences to their sport. It is our collective sports administration incompetence coupled with a clunky structure of sports being in the state list instead of the central list that is shooting us in the foot. And why most major Indian sporting achievements have been individual, despite the system instead of thanks to the system.
If FIFA decides to expand the 2030 World Cup to 64 teams, then the AFC should receive at least 11.5 qualification slots. With Asia's population, investment in football, improving competitiveness and the growing number of nations capable of competing at World Cup level, a proportional increase in AFC representation would be justified.

The absolute biggest joke in global geopolitics is people lecturing India about the caste system while completely ignoring that China actively runs a literal state-enforced, legalized caste system in 2026 Let’s talk about the Hukou system, because the double standard is insane🧵

For hundreds of years, the world claimed that India's four social occupations were the caste system due to the British colonial narrative. even today the same misinformation has been spread throughout. Yet the moment indians point out the same social class in china. The entire world comes together to defend it. From community notes to influencers speaking out & accounts being silenced. Note to Indians : keep check on all the creators that spoke about this. Condemning indians for point facts out about china. This are all on CCP China's pay roll. All the anti india propaganda from those accounts has links to china.

China does have a caste system & it is far worse than anything india has today. Don't let the Chinese mislead you with lies. ✓ What is the caste system? When people are tied to their birth status/occupation & can't move up. ✓China has exactly that system called The hukou system. Where people are tied to their birth place. They will never be able to buy land or have any housing ownership in city. Rural chinese are low caste chinese who are tied to their birth place. High caste chinese get privilege of being born into City, where they can get all kinds of privilege, just by their birth. This is essentially the worst form of caste system, existing even today. Atleast india reformed. Can a low caste rural chinese buy a land in high caste chinese city?! Answer is NO. Even the Chinese admit that china does have a caste system.
