The latest edition of the SCImago Media Ranking includes the SCImago Media Atlas (atlas.scimagomedia.com). It is a geospatial and network visualization tool whose main purpose is to allow users to explore the geographic distribution of 6,120 media outlets and 8,199 research institutions, and to visualize their relationships based on media mentions of SIR institutions.
