Yesterday was a phenomenal day spending time at @LimoneiraCo in Santa Paula with my fellows in the @scln learning about sustainability in farming and how organizations in Ventura County are collaborating to improve working conditions & lives of the workers in their community.

Went with the Southern California Leadership Network (SCLN) to learn about Ventura County’s wicked problems: Limoniera sustainability practices was impressive. The primary principle of sustainability, is meeting todays demands without comprising the needs of future generations.
