Hey @IkonPass with Covid case counts at record highs forcing many family to cancel trips, I would think you would try to work with your customers and a more appropriate deferment policy. You need to rethink the 12/9 date in light of the reality of the pandemic.
Hey @mackweldon I’ve been trying to return a pair of pants for over a week and your customer service won’t send me a return label. Honestly only similar brand to every have this type of experience. Get it together.
