Was an amazing @Pers_Care Holistic GP pop up clinic yesterday at the Wilds in the Riverside with partners @lbbdcouncil @thameslifecdt @MPSBarkDag @NELFT @barkingriver, Aurora Medcare and community groups/ charities - we saw around 150 residents @SP_LDN
