If you’re feeling like protest makes no difference ... this morning Midlothian Council axed plans to axe music and expressive arts from my local schools ... in response to overwhelming beautiful noisy protest! So speak, sing!!

UPDATE. RBS Dalkeith Branch Manager just called to say that they are now able to verify a PDF statement. However the anomalies continue. He says the phone banking team are wrong to say that verification of statements is at Branch Discretion. So who is right? @RBS_Help @Ian_Fraser

RBS Dalkeith won’t verify a single missing bank statement needed in time to satisfy Home Office Visa requirements by 7/2/19. Today I was publicly humiliated and then deeply offended when told my account would be credited with £30 compensation.#moneycantfixthis @RBS
