Frontline services - care, delivery, logistics etc are facing staff shortages as some of their ‘new’ team members return to their previous work. Being as flexible as possible will be key to keeping them.

Customers are back but the workers have moved on, reads the headline of a @wsjournal article and it’s happening in the UK too. Many workers didn’t want to return to their old shift patterns after lockdown.

Fantastic to catch up in person with Richard Berkley, Clinical Director at Network4 PCN. While we've spoken (of course) and even podcasted together, we'd not yet met in real life- we ended up watching THAT football match together!

From the outset of implementing HireHand, Clinical Director Richard has seen the potential to pool staff and volunteers across the Practices in his PCN, and won't be stopping with just the vaccine clinics. Always good to spend time with a forward thinker!

We're helping Rushmoor Voluntary Services to fill shifts at 2 Vaccine clinics and a Covid Test centre.
Coordinating a pool of over 200 volunteers, shifts are filled faster and fuller than before.
Our app replaced a different app that was so-called "clunky and clumsy”.
